The customer can return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We will bear the return costs if the return is due to an error by Criterios Tendencias LDA (e.g. an incorrect or defective item was shipped, etc.).
A refund will be issued within 5 days of confirmation of order return to our premises.
All of our products are sent using the CTT Expresso service. If the return is requested by the customer based on something not related to Criterios Tendencias LDA responsibility, the original shipping cost is not considered in the refund.
Warranty claims and/or other errors made by Criterios Tendencias LDA are fully refundable, including shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item, please contact Criterios Tendencias LDA with the order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with the procedure to take to return the items from your order.
We ship orders anywhere in the world, however please note that in some countries there are restrictions on some types of items and as such may not be shipped to some of these destinations.
After order confirmation we will inform you by email the expected date of shipment and delivery based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available to your destination. Depending on the article vendor you choose, shipping date estimates may be available on the product page.
For some article types, shipping value is calculated based on weight. The weight of any article can be found on its details page. In order to reflect the policies of the shipping company with which we have protocol, all weights will be rounded to the unit.
Our products are subject to the strictest quality controls before leaving the factory. However, if any operating problems arise due to assembly and/or faulty original parts, we ask you to read these guarantee conditions carefully and contact the Criterios Tendencias LDA Technical Service at 927 315 079 or send an email mail@blif.
Guarantee certificate.
For this certificate, Criterios Tendencias LDA guarantees that the product you purchase is free of any manufacturing defect at the time of its original purchase by the consumer, for a valid period of 3 years from the date of purchase, in compliance with the Portuguese law. Products purchased with the extended warranty complement may enjoy a longer warranty period, broken down by contract type. If the product shows any malfunction due to a manufacturing defect during its production or during the warranty period, the Criterios Tendencias LDA Technical Service will repair the product in accordance with the coverage specified for the product in question. If, after successive interventions, it proves impossible to return the product to its correct functioning, Criterios Tendencias LDA may replace it with another equal or equivalent product.
Warranty coverage and repairs.
The free on-site warranty is only available for products purchased with the respective extended warranty contract. The in-lab warranty covers all Criterios Tendencias LDA products.
Definitions:
• On-site assistance: this assistance includes, at no cost to the customer, the visit of a technician to the customer's premises, the parts used in the repair and labor.
• Assistance in the laboratory: this assistance includes, at no cost to the customer, the parts used in the repair and labor.
Note: It is not Criterios Tendencias LDA's responsibility to transport the equipment to the laboratory. The equipment must be properly packaged, under penalty of not being accepted upon arrival at the laboratory.
Standard warranty conditions offered by Criterios Tendencias LDA as a manufacturer:
This guarantee is only valid for purchases duly supported by the original purchase invoice, which must include:
a) Full name and address of the buyer. b) The model and serial number of the product purchased. c) The date of purchase of the product. Criterios Tendencias LDA reserves the right to reject the granting of the guarantee if this information is hidden or modified after the original purchase of the product by the consumer. This warranty expressly excludes the following cases: a) Any defect and/or direct, indirect, accidental and/or consequential damage caused by the harmful or improper use of the equipment. b) Defects and/or breakdowns caused by causes unrelated to the design or manufacture of the product (for example power outages, electrical overloads, etc…) c) Periodic revisions, maintenance, repairs or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear of the product. d) Damage caused by non-compatible, non-approved or non-certified accessories for use with the equipment. e) The installation and configuration of the product according to the user's specific requirements is different from the configuration indicated for the product. f) Indirect losses and damages of any kind. g) Personal and/or material damage, caused as a result of non-compliance, by the user, with the rules and instructions given by Criterios Tendencias LDA for installation, use, maintenance and transport. h) Equipment with identification and serialization labels removed, whether externally, internally or from the components that make it up. i) Damage and/or malfunctions suffered by the product as a result of:
